Spring Chapel 8x6 Lighted Tabletop Canvas

My original purchase did not light up after tryiing multiple different new batteries. Customer service immediately sent me a new canvas and was wonderful. However, very disappointed that the products now only operate on certain batteries, like Amazon batteries. My older canvases worked with any high quality battery, like Duracell. I probably will not purchase any more products due to this change.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and I’m really glad our team was able to get a replacement out to you quickly. I’m truly sorry for the frustration you ran into with the batteries.
We did discover that one shipment of Mini Prints had terminals that were slightly shorter than they should have been, which caused certain brands of batteries not to make a strong connection. As soon as we identified the issue, we corrected it, and all current batches now work with all major battery brands, including Duracell.

I completely understand how disappointing it was to run into this, especially when your older canvases worked perfectly. Please know we’ve resolved the problem and you shouldn’t experience this again going forward. And if anything ever does come up, we’ll always make it right for you.

Beautiful

I love this lighted canvas! Its beautiful when it lights up and beautiful when its not lit up. Love that its on a timer. I just ordered another one for a gift.
